Martirjo Peqini, 28 years old who cultivates medicinal plants – aromatic

Martirjo Peqini, 28 years old, decided to return from emigration and continue working with his parents for the cultivation of medicinal and aromatic plants, in the village of Sopëz (Divjakë).
Thanks to the cooperation with the company BioBes and with the desire to increase the amount of production, Martirjo applied to the IPARD II program, where he managed to get tractors and aggregates which facilitated the work process. Through these machines he increased the production area. Martirjo wants to convey the message to all young people to see agriculture as a very good opportunity for employment and increasing their income.
