The Agriculture and Rural Development Agency (ARDA), in cooperation with the Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development (DG AGRI) and the European Anti Fraud Office (OLAF), organized a seminar focused on risk management and the prevention of potential irregularities in the implementation of the IPARD III Program. The event was attended by representatives of the EU Delegation to Albania, as well as all institutional structures involved in the implementation of the program.
The seminar served as an important platform for discussion on:
· Mechanisms of control and reporting;
· Best practices for identifying and preventing irregularities;
· The use of technological tools to enhance transparency and integrity in fund management.
· This activity provided a valuable opportunity for the exchange of experiences and knowledge with European experts, further strengthening the joint commitment to the fair and sustainable management of EU funds.
